1. Unbox with love! Open your PlantRabit box as soon as possible.
2. Take a breath of fresh air. Let your plant air out for 2-3 hours in a well-ventilated area.
3. Plant paradise awaits. Choose a pot with drainage and create a perfect mix: 3 parts sand, 3 parts potting mix, 2 parts worm castings, and 2 parts perlite.
4. Hydration time! Wait 2-3 days before watering your new plant. Remember, succulents love their drinks when the top layer of soil feels dry near the roots, not on the leaves. Avoid direct sunlight for at least 10 days to allow them to adjust to their new home.

Here’s why we recommend these steps:
* Air circulation: Fresh air helps prevent moisture build-up and promotes healthy growth.
* Drainage: A well-draining mix prevents root rot, a common succulent struggle.
* Watering schedule: Succulents store water in their leaves, so waiting to water allows them to adjust and avoids over-watering.
* Gradual light introduction: Direct sunlight can be harsh for newly arrived plants, so give them some time to acclimate.

Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products)

 

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.

We
do not ship Plant Rabit products out of India for now. Orders are
shipped minimum 4 to 5 days maximum 7 working days  and we have to take a
minimum 5 days & Maximum 8 days for delivery after dispatch or as
per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and
delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office
norms. 

Plant Rabit is not liable for any delay in delivery by the
courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over
the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7
working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the
delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. 

Delivery
of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the
credit/debit card only at all times(Unless specified at the time of
Order). Plant Rabit is in no way responsible for any damage to the order
while in transit to the buyer.

fast, easy, and efficient secure payments. All major credit cards, Debit Cards, UPI payment gateways are also accepted.

 

Shipping & Delivery Policy (Services)-

 

Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during
registration. For any issues in utilizing our services, you may contact our helpdesk.

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units and some products 

For Indian customers, the shipping charge is Rs 120 for all orders.

We do not ship products out of India. For multiple products ordered the
program adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a single
delivery fee.  However, the delivery fee is calculated separately when a
customer orders different plants to be delivered at different
locations. This is because the products are being sourced and shipped
from different cities. 

 

Disclaimer-

 

The
product will be delivered to all urban areas in India serviceable by
major courier agencies. For remote/rural areas the product will be sent
by local couriers / Indian Speed Post and may take more time.
